“I initially acquired it (the mansion) to host a reunion,” Mary Ann Kerley explained, describing the purpose why she obtained the large mansion at 305 East Principal Road in Plymouth.

What Kerley identified when she claimed the mansion in early 2021 was not what she anticipated. “It was a mess,” she stated.

The reunion did choose position, with participants sleeping on air mattresses in the property. But the woes for Kerley had been only starting.

“I made the decision to pray about it as to what I must do,” she stated. Within hours, she received a mobile phone simply call from a contractor who was working in Mt. Sterling at the time. He provided to ship a crew up to help get begun on the course of action.

“You suggest that I’m going to restore this mansion?” Kerley explained, describing the incredulous thoughts which overcome her.
